Day 1 of Spring 2026 is officially in the books!

Congratulations on making it through one of the coldest Maine Winters in quite some time. OK, full disclosure, this beautiful tulip display is from last year. Spring 2026 isn’t quite arriving like Spring 2025 did, BUT, it’s here, and we’re welcoming it with open arms. So much goodness on the horizon. Including us at Pemetic Purveyors gearing up for another listing season, stewarding some of more enchanting properties on offer in Downeast Maine.  More on that in the coming days.
